Hi, I’m Nadine, your private yoga instructor.
I offer personalized private yoga in Singapore, supporting people in building mobility, reducing tension and feeling more at ease with their body and mind. And all in a way that fits into everyday life.
My Story
For eight years, I worked in corporate. Sitting at a desk for most of the day, moving through demanding schedules and slowly feeling what that does to a body. Tense shoulders, tight hips and back. Yoga helped me to bring awareness and mobility back into my body. Over time, I found more balance, strength and clarity, physically and mentally. That experience is what shapes my work today.
That is why my private yoga sessions focus especially on people who spend a lot of time sitting, with the goal to release tension and move more freely.
For me, yoga is not about perfect poses or pushing limits, it‘s about awareness. About connecting body and mind and learning to be present, one breath at a time. That is what I want to give to other people and it‘s what every session is built around.
My background and teaching style
I‘m a 200-hour certified Hatha & Vinyasa Teacher, Yoga Alliance certified.
Originally from Germany with Peruvian roots, I’ve lived and worked in many different countries, most recently in Switzerland and now in Singapore.
I chose to teach private yoga because I value working closely with people and helping each person individually. For me it is important to understand how your body moves, where you hold tension and what you actually need. Every sessions begins with a short check-in. How do you feel? How is your energy? What do you need, grounding or movement, stillness or strength? We build from there
I teach in in English, German and Spanish, creating a space where you feel supported and can receive clear instruction in the language you’re most comfortable with.
I am looking forward to meet you and work on your yoga journey together.
Let’s work together.
If you’re based in Singapore, in the CBD, Tanjong Pagar, River Valley, Orchard or anywhere across the island, I would love to hear from you.
