These private yoga sessions are designed to help you move out of that. I offer one-on-one yoga at your home in Singapore, focused on improving flexibility, releasing tension and helping you feel more at ease in your body and mind.

No pressure, no performance, just a yoga practice that works for you.

A balanced approach: Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga

My approach combines both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to create a practice that is both dynamic and grounding.

Hatha Yoga is the foundation of almost all modern yoga styles. It focusses on postures, so called asanas, conscious breathing and stillness.

Hatha Yoga helps you:

  • build body awareness and strength

  • improve posture and alignment

  • slow down and reconnect body and mind

Vinyasa Yoga links breath with movement in a flowing sequence, each breath guiding you from one posture to the next.

Vinyasa Yoga helps you:

  • move more freely and fluidly

  • increase mobilty and flexibility

  • connect breath with movement

Together, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, create a balanced practice that releases tension, builds stentgh and flexibility and overall help you move better long-term.

Who this is for

This privat yoga session is designed for people whose daily routines can leave the body feeling, tight stiff or out of balance.

If you spend long hours sitting, notice recurring tension or feel disconnected from how your body moves, these sessions offer a way to gently rebuild strength, mobility, flexibility and ease.

These sessions are especially helpful if you:

  • sit for long hour (desk job, remote work)

  • experience shoulder tightness, back pain or hip stiffness

  • feel restricted in your movement or flexibility

  • want to improve mobility in a safe and guided way

  • are new to yoga and prefer a private setting

  • are looking for more focus, calm and mental clarity

You don’t need any experience. You don’t need to be flexible. You just need a starting point.

Your first session - free introductory offering

Before committing to anything, we begin with a free 45-minute introductory session at your home in Singapore. This session is a relaxed get to know, where we first talk and then move.

There is no commitment and no cost, just a first step.

We talk about your lifestyle, routines and body. Together, we understand what you need and what your goals are.

Part One - We talk

We move though a short, guided sequence. This helps to assess mobility, posture and movement patterns.

Part Two - We Move

All sessions are 60 minutes and take place at your home. Sessions are available in English, German and Spanish, so you can truly feel comfortable and understood.

Sessions in CBD and River Valley are included in the standard pricing. For locations outside these areas, an additional travel fee my apply. We’ll discuss this transparently during your introductory session.
